In his career, Peter has acted as an agent, mentor, manager and owner. For five consecutive years from 2012-2017, he co-managed the number one real estate team in New Hampshire. In 2017, he co-founded Beauchemin & Associates, which soon became one of Southern New Hampshire's fastest growing real estate firms. 2019 was the best year ever for Beauchemin & Associates. Due to some key talent acquisitions and their already sparkling reputation on the Greater Manchester real estate scene, the firm was able to surpass 100 million dollars in sales and over 400 deals. Due to their growth, they were able to expand their footprint, establishing two additional offices in Portsmouth and Concord.
